How it happened
- I needed a faster first read on what a practice is worth, so I built one.
- Owners kept asking me questions a consultant would bill for, so I built a coach that doesn't bill by the hour.
- Deals kept stalling on items nobody was counting, so I built the thing that counts them, with dates, in front of everyone.
- Every one of these runs inside my own brokerage before anyone else sees it. If it doesn't hold up on a real file, it doesn't ship.
